Every piece is assembled by hand with care, but should a manufacturing defect arise within two years of purchase, we are here to help. Simply send the item back to us, and we will repair it in our atelier and return it to you at our expense. Please note that this warranty covers production faults only and does not apply to damage caused by improper use, such as using the jewellery as a restraint device or collar.
Beyond the warranty period, we also plan to offer a repair service to ensure the longevity of your piece.
