maison miso began with Miso, our miniature dachshund, and a simple observation.
When packing for our vacation together, we selected the jewellery we wear every day with intention. Then we turned to packing everything Miso needed – practical, functional, essential. That contrast sparked a thought: why shouldn't she have a special piece of jewellery too?
Searching specifically for jewellery for dogs quickly became disappointing. Most options were either purely functional or overly decorative. Nothing felt intentional. Nothing felt like something we would choose for ourselves – or that Miso would approve of.
So we created our own – using high-quality materials, focusing on wearability, comfort, and designing each piece with careful attention to detail.
What started as a personal project gradually evolved into a broader idea: dogs are visible companions. Part of our identity. Present in our everyday lives. Don't all dogs deserve to be little icons?

Every jewellery piece is made by hand in our atelier in Zürich, Switzerland – with close attention and love for detail. Made to order, one at a time – unique, as no two pieces are ever exactly alike. In a world of mass production and fast fashion, we choose craft and intention instead.
